As a cleared professional with over 17 years of experience in the federal landscape, coupled with a degree focused in defense acquisition, Ms. Bedsole possesses strong technical, leadership, and business skills with a thorough record of accomplishment in business development and project management.
Prior to founding Karisma, Ms. Bedsole worked with industry leaders, such as General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, and BAE Systems, by providing services ranging from program management (PMO) support, proposal management, capture analysis, contract transition, and continuity of business operations.
Early in her career, she served in dual capacity roles including working as Chief of Staff to Fortune 500 Executives and Executive Assistant to high-ranking Flag and General Officers within the Federal Government. While mundane in name, these roles imparted invaluable knowledge on assessing, strategizing, and implementing industry best-practices across a variety of government agencies.
Additionally, Ms. Bedsole has lead both ISO 9001:2015 and CMMC readiness efforts to successful completion. She is certified by the CMMI Institute as a CMMI Appraisal Team Member (ATM) and holds a Green Belt in the Lean Six Sigma certification process.
